With your specification this is the best i could do.
This build will do 1080p 60 fps if you tone the graphics down.It will do 60 fps in cs go and league of legends maxed out.You can do 60 in bf4 and dayz if you turn it down to medium.GTA 5 isnt out yet.You can't SLI 750 Ti's and the board does not support SLI or crossfire either.
If you spend 700 - 750$ on the build you can get a better GPU.
