Very strange graphical glitch on new M1 Mac. Game was running flawlessly on ultra until I entered a city. Anyone have a fix?

I have some graphic issue(s) too. It/they accure(s) mostly while video playback or gaming. Every time I move the cursor there is a slight lag and the screen gets blurry till I stop moving the mouse. They're are some huge sound glitches too sometimes - mostly while the graphics are under full load (like playing WoW and watching yt at the same time).

Sometimes even Youtube videos start lagging and then they get completely fucked up like the video and audio are getting totally asynchronous. 

I didn't checked yet if this happens when you connect a second screen. But I'll check this in future and then I'll share the results. This happens on my M1 MBP with 16 Gigs of unified RAM. The blurry thing happens always while video playback and gaming and the other stuff only under full GPU load. Is this common under all M1 machines or is it just on a few? pls check this. If this is not common we could maybe get a refund.
