is there some sort of comprehensive list of symptoms of bipolar somewhere?

If you're wondering if you might have bipolar I would check in with your family to see if they notice anything different with you, and you should go to a psychiatrist.

It took 3 months for anyone to even notice I was acting off when my parents suggested I was manic and that I should see my psychiatrist. Since I had worked with her for a few years with normal depression, she could tell right away I became bipolar by how happy, energetic, and fast I talked compared to my normally quiet self. Since I was high functioning and nothing relatively severe happened while I was hypo for 6 months, I didnt even realize I was having an episode and when I was diagnosed I didnt want to accept it because I felt on top of the world.

Everyone is different and having bipolar 2 like myself can be harder to diagnose since the manic episodes arent quite as intense. Definitely check with a doctor and your family to see if you might be bipolar because you want to get treated asap in case things escalate.
