[Video] Brandao Confesses To Gun Charges On Camera, Says Penn-Jones All At Strip Club Partying

They do indeed. I was involved in an auto accident in ABQ. I had nothing to hide and was completely sober so I wasn't worrired about anything but how they treated me was shady as fuck. The first thing the firefighter first-responder asked me was if I was a diabetic, I said no, because I'm not a diabetic.

APD comes on scene and asks the firefighter "Did you get a blood sample?" The first-responder says no, then he comes at me again and this time instead of asking says "I'm going to get a blood sample to test your blood sugar" and grabs my (injured from the accident) wrist and hand.

I asked him why he needed a blood sample to "test my blood sugar" if I told him I wasn't a diabetic?

He then looks at the officer and goes "He doesn't consent"

If I showed any signs of DUI or DWI the office wouldn't even have to ask me for a blood sample, they could just take on due to probably cause. I didn't however so instead of following the law he tried some shady as fuck way to get ace's to my bodily fluids through the EMTs.

It's corruption and laziness and its rampant in Albuquerque. Instead of doing his job and following the law he tried to just take a shortcut, with the help of a firefighter first-responder who has more access to you under the guise of your "health and well being" protection, yet he working with APD is a shady as fuck way.

Even in my delirious state of getting t-boned by a car at 40+ MPH an hour I knew what was going on.

I went up to the officer after that and asked him if he wanted me to take a breathalyzer and gave him verbal consent.

He just looked at me and walked away.

This is the first auto accident I have been in and have no prior records at all, not even a parking ticket. They saw a young black man and tried to pin something on me so bad, it was an eye opening experience on the Albuquerque Police Department and my first ever interaction with them.
