Watch out for this guy’s super hacker skills

This might seem silly of me, but #4 pissed me off the most about his post. Mainly because I dealt with this a year ago. I’m a sys admin for a state government and had an IP of an attacker, was working with state police. Attacker mostly used a VPN, but his connection must’ve dropped momentarily a few times. It was easy to reverse IP and find out he was using a Verizon phone… but law enforcement had to jump through a ton of hoops with Verizon to figure out who it was. Most ISPs provide dynamic IP addresses, granted my case was different considering phone IPs change on the daily whereas a cable IP may last months, its still obviously not possible to get an exact street address.
