[Weekly Discussion and Question Thread] Post Here with Simple Questions, Conversational Topics, or Requests for Guidance

Is there a subreddit where I could just post some writing I did and get impressions from people?

Like, I’ve written some things and I kinda want to put myself out there. I’m in no way an aspiring author. I have no real idea how to properly write something. I’m sure my grammar sucks ass. And what I’ve written isn’t even a complete thing. It’s just segments for stories that I had ideas for.

I’m not really sure what the point of me posting something like this would be. But I have a small desire to do so. Maybe see what kind of response it may get from someone. See if anyone even likes it. I’m my worst critic anyways.

I looked at some subreddits and didn’t see anything that fit. Writing prompts looks like something designed as fun challenges. This place seemed like just a discussion of writing. I didn’t see anything for just posting original content if you will.

Just curious. I know nobody is really going to give a shit about any of the nonsense I’ve written, but I’m willing to put it out there.
