Who else here is dealing with the Kronos issue? I’m a skilled tradesmen working for a large company I’ve made a little over 93k this year (minus some overtime owed by the company). They are quick to make countermeasures for problems hurting their revenue stream (building product) but their countermeasure has been to muddy the water by paying a small amount of ot to keep production workers living check to check from walking. I do not live check to check but if I work the ot I want payed for it, and usually it’s substantial. Shutdown is ending and that is 7 days of triple time (hundred bucks an hour roughly). I like the company for the most part but if I get stiffed on this shutdown pay, I’m going to get a lot more bitter compared to the couple hundred in the wind right now.
