Weightlifting in a flare

I've been in a flare-up for 8 months or so and have had to basically stop powerlifting. I was on a 3 day/week program and I can still get plenty of calories in, but I just cannot recover. My quads & hip/knees have hurt for the last 4 months, whether I lift or not. I am definitely more depressed. I would love to get back out and lift since I recently purchased a power rack for my garage gym.

I've been really thinking about trying some extended fasting and breaking with probiotics, etc. to test if that'll help anything so I can get back to it. I'm scared to see just how much I've lost on my lifts. Was hoping to hit S405+, B275+, D405+ this year, but I don't see that happening unless this ends quickly.
