We were sitting in the wrong seats at the theatre. The people who actually should be in those seats wouldn't stop apologising as if they had done something wrong

I got tickets for Hamilton a couple of Christmases ago (for the following December). It was delayed and we had the option of a refund or watching the final practice night the evening before opening.

A lady sat in a box behind us and spent the whole first half tapping away aggressively on her laptop. At the interval I asked the usher if they could ask the lady to do her work after the production as it was distracting and I had waited a year to see it. The usher timidly told me that the lady was part of the production team.

The manager said something to the lady on her laptop and she stopped typing in the second half. It was quite awkward though. I have a feeling she was just a journalist though and not part of the staff.
