We've been living in a tent for 5 months because we couldn't afford our $1,200 rent. Now we're preparing for winter in Maine.

If you don’t count the nuclear waste they can’t take care of . They just stick it in an underground vault until it leaks out from the containers that doesn’t keep taken care of. Of an event happens like 3 mile island , fukishima, or Chernobyl. I worked at coal and nuke plants for TVA they both produce tons of pollution that there is no answer for . It is swept under the rug or hidden to make it sound good. New nuclear plants are safer then old ones but there is still no answer for the environmental damage that they make, don’t let people lie and tell you otherwise.

Now if there just isn’t any other option a safe nuclear site is better then 5 coal sites any day of the week. It is cheaper by far and if they take care of the nuclear waste which they don’t forever because it lasts for a very long time then it can be a good option.
