What do you know about your workplace that you are not supposed to know?

At my last job, the HR woman would tell exit interviewers about other's interviews. She also joked about very direct sexual harassment comments. Just overall, not the best at her job but over paid.

I ended up fired over a joke (one I shouldn't have made, but at the time felt appropriate due to my coworker already joking about the subject. And no, it was not something you should fire someone other). No write up, no HR meeting held, just the publisher and recently appointed creative director (who had no such role compared to the this, she begged for the position) who was looking for an excuse to fire me. The only thing the HR person did was print out my last check and had me sign paperwork. Man, that lady sucked.
