What accent do you use when you an English word is used in another language?

For Chinese languages, I almost never use English words in my speech. It is a behaviour that's frowned upon a lot in China. And the English proficiency is very low anyway. I try my best to search for an equivalent in Chinese, and if it doesn't exist, then I just insert the English word imitating the pronunciation of native speakers, but only when I talk to people I am acquainted with whom I believe to know some English.

For French, I have noticed that native speakers use a considerable amount of English words. European French native speakers tend to frenchify their pronunciations, while the Quebecois are inclined to imitate a North American English accent. I live in Quebec, so I've adopted the Quebecois way.
