What do you all consider "budget"?

I consider diferent things:

For a working man age 18-45:

Budget [$500 or below]

Medium Price [$501-$1000]

Expensive [$1001-$2500+]

For a youth player:

Budget [$200 or below]**

Medium Price [$201-$1000]

Expensive [$1001-$2500+]

**The youth player will most likely have a job on the side that nets him $200-$500 after taxes, gas, food, and other bills. The youth player most likely is being subsidized by his parents. The youth player most likely plays something like mono green undying or mono green devotion or some other form of cheap aggro beats which is a fun way to learn magic (as a new player). They can learn the nuance of control, combo, and tempo, and the various decks with strong plan B built in (IE Scapeshift where lands are equal bolts in a grindy late game, Living end hardcasting their fatties or pumping their cycle lords, dredge hard casting their army, affinity on infect plan, collected vizier combo with a value beat down, and other plan B's from well built decks).
