What are my chances? Avg GPA + Avg ECs + Decent MCAT

Of course I’m not on an admission committee and neither are you, but from my own personal experience of having an older brother in medical school, he’s told me himself there are people with no work experience and research in medical school (of course they have really incredible grades and other impressive ECs in its place). Also I’m also not judging if OP is or isn’t competitive, I’m just saying that research and work experience are NOT required to get in and third years do get into medical school without these (although it is much rarer). No need to get heated. Everyone has their own path, not everyone needs the same things to get in to medical school.
