How competitive will med school become in the next 4 years because of grade inflation?

I made several posts that most people agree with (with a select few strongly opposed because of fear lol) but yes, next 1-3 cycles will be exceptionally hard because of large increases in applicants (more people being competitive due to online inflation, more people seeing the pandemic as an opportunity to write the MCAT, people from careers/other majors seeing the stability/benefits of medicine etc) as well as grade inflation through online learning really having an affect (see a previous post I replied to of someone who had a 2.5-3.4 GPA through 2 years of university, then got a 4.0 for every semester since (W2020, Spring/Summer 2020, Fall 2020, Winter 2021) and beyond when school is online next year too.
