What are some cool 'life hacks' of our bodies?

I'll mention hypnosis which is the exact same thing. Guided meditation mp3's and hypnosis tapes online are used interchangably. Why because meditation just has more of a wrap of needing of needing to be approach it with a certain state of mind. Like your example which I'm sure many people will take away that meditation basically a Tony Robbin's -esk pow-wow . When I listen to hypnsosi tapes I let my mind completely wander off. Focusing only enough to listen to what the speaker is saying. In fact I like to listen to tapes from cute female hynosists where most of my thoughts are about how sweet sounding her voice is.

I think the trance state is something that lends itself more to guidance then it does to self reflection. Look up "instant inductions" on youtube where the hypnotist does something shocking and uses the confusion to influence the subject This i believe is an evo-bio instinct placed into your minds in situations of immediate danger and confusion and the listener has to take instructions before having time to think. Such as hearing someone yell "GET DOWN" amid the confusion of a war. The person who lives is someone who blindly obeys. I also think conversations and sex-espcially sex are a form of hypnosis. Sex is very sensual experience featuring rhymatic motion. where the subjects eyes are heavily focused on the quasi-hypnotist

Now you maybe thinking that perhaps I'm just really easy to go under. That's why I can listen to a tape and barely pay attention. Not true. It's I've been doing self hypnosis for two years and only recently have a definitely noticed it's effects. That's why I can tell you with the utpmost certainty that it makes no difference The days where I try to focus intensely feel no different from the others.

If two years sounds like a long stretch of time. Keep in mind I have never ever visited a hypnostist. Cause I personally feel that if I reach a certain state of my mind. It should be by my own doing. It's my mind.

Lately as i have learned what I'm now explaining now my changed due to learning that the state of mind you enter into trance with has little effect on the results despite being clued into this fact due to learning about instant inductions as I mentioned earlier. An instant induction doesn't give the subject any time to think at all. Trance is a state. It doesn't matter how you get there.
