1) Take the base model for a cop car cruiser like either model of the cruiser, or buffalo, and make them available for purchase on one of the ingame car websites (if they arent already there, I think the buffalo is)
2) Make them upgradable at Benny's. Benny's upgrade turns them into vehicles with police customization.
-Lots of people don't like how you can't store police vehicles as personal cars.
-There are a ton of potential customization options (Flashing Lights, Siren and Horns, etc.)
-Its only a matter of time before the crew at R* gets tired of pumping out new unnecessary adversary modes that people literally only play for the 2x, and makes an actually fun gametype, like cops vs racers in most need for speed games, where one team races like a usual race and the cops have to run them off the road w/ no weapons. This is clearly fun, or they wouldn't have like 9 extremely successful titles with direct cops vs racers style of play. Or maybe another gametype like criminal catchers, where you could fight with the cops to bring down a superpowered criminal/gang. Being a cop has a lot of cool mission ideas associated with it
-People like pretending to be a cop (as evidenced by most video hosting websites) and having to aquire a normal cop car is difficult, especially when you have to lose the cops after, and now you cant even repair your car. I mean, you can dress up like a cop, you can color your weapons to LSPD tint, why can't you complete the trilogy with having your own police vehicle?
-None of the cars would be too op in terms of driving, armor, speed, everything else, meaning they won't flood lobbies like the armored kuruma does. Not saying that's a bad thing, just saying it wouldn't be game-breaking
-Lastly, honestly, Benny's needs some new cars. Not talking smack about the current stock, but as of recent, Benny's seems to be the Sultan RS Buccaneer and Banshee store. The man really needs to diversify if he wants to succeed in LS
