What is a company that you refuse to support? What is your reason for this?

After working at Spencers I just can't shop there anymore. (Note: there are probably super awesome spencers and people who work there that did not share my experience but this is my personal experience and its forever ruined the store for me.) I was treated like garbage at both locations I worked at by both my coworkers and higher ups. I hated how at both location the managers I worked for would sit in the back watching the employees on the security camera and hitting the buzzer if we ever leaned or crossed our arms. I was sexually harassed, assaulted, and stalked by customers and was given a 'sucks to be you' and 'you're probably just over reacting.' They wanted to fire one girl so they changed her shifts without telling her and then marked them as absences. I called her asking if she knew she was working (she was on a vacation that they told her they approved but actually didn't and then scheduled her a whole bunch while she was away) and I was reprimanded. If I ever complained to the higher ups I would be taken aside during a shift and told how disrespectful and untrustworthy I was and how they would be watching me to make sure I didn't do anything like that again. I made a joke about how stupid the full body and purse checks we are required to do before leaving work everyday are and was threatened with legal action for "not adhering to company policy." One manager consistently mocked my physical appearance and anytime I anonymously reported this to the higher ups, they would immediately tell the managers what I said and that I was the one who said it and I would be reprimanded my next shift. We got a 10 cent raise that was promised in September 2015 and didnt receive until January and when we complained we were told how lucky we were to get that 10 cents. The womens shirts are actually junior sizes and my store complained because a coworker who was 98 pounds had to wear a size large and the higher ups emailed us back saying their research shows that women are smaller than men and nothing is wrong with the women's sizes (even though our staff was entirely women and they had 8 women telling them that female customers had walked out because of the shirt sizes and that we couldn't even fit in the shirts.) There was a rule that you have to follow anyone under the age of 16 around the store and I'd be reprimanded if I stopped chasing kids around the store to help a customer. There were a lot of other issues that I've written off as they were probably due to to specific people I worked with but the actually company was garbage and I can't give it my money anymore.
