What is the craziest thing you have experienced on the job? How did you handle it?

hello, i have a lot of stories but definitely the craziest one: EXTREMELY borderline/histrionic client (who has been BANNED from both the locked down local psychiatric unit AND the STATE HOSPITAL like who gets banned from a STATE HOSPITAL) loves body building and starting shit with everyone around her. So she ends up at my small residential crisis facility with a couple other clients, including a very manic and also borderline woman. they have been being bitchy to one another all night, and finally client explodes. She starts yelling at the top of her lungs about kicking this other girl's ass, throwing stuff around slamming doors so hard she damaged the drywall behind it, destroyed a couple items of furniture. all this time i'm in the office on the phone with the emergency dispatch trying to give information over all this racket. then she turns to me and demands some items from the office. i close the door because i'm still on the phone with the police and frankly i'm fearing for my life. she then uses a stool and starts trying to bash in the glass. She bangs on the glass for a few minutes (remember, body builder) and finally it gives and i'm freaking out. i give her her belongings and THANK GOD she storms out without hurting anybody. the most insane thing about this situation is that when I requested that my (small, non profit) agency install some sort of emergency exit in the office i was trapped in (literally one window that DOESN'T open for some reason), I was told to use a chair to break the window open next time a client a violently pursuing me. i could've ended up beat to a pulp or dead, and they want me to a hoist a chair through an exterior window to save myself. smh.
