Let’s stop the hate and let me tekl you I haven’t olayed the ganes personally but here what I think they did right, shall we begin:
-The easy story: the story might be bad kinda but it’s a stroy with no bad guys, no you are the chosen, it’s you living a chill adventure,
-The music: c’mon
-The mons: you hate them or love them they are some of the most imaginative Pokemon ever.
-Easy competitive: tye games have never been this welcoming to people who wants to play competitive.
-The National Freaking Dex: this one is a really contreversial but I like it for a fact that you might never see your least favorite mon again, your favorites might go too but sacrifices must be made.
-The lore: this has to be the best in Pokemon to date, two wolfs fighting and saving a kingdom from the literal Satan of Pokemon(sorry Giratina), and a king long forgetten by the people he once protected.
-And finally the diverse characters: old game‘s characters had no personality(looking at you gen2 except Silver) but since gen 5 every charcater has a cool design and some type of flow to him so yeah.
I haven’t played to say everything but the people who hate gen 8 are just whinnies who don’t appreciate what they have, it might not be the best(gen 5 exists) but it sure is a pretty good one, please people be more appreciative and don’t send death letters to the developers I’ve seen them please it’s just a game.
