What do you guys think about this article?

A) Increased TDEE from even 20+ pounds of muscle mass gain is marginal and can be out eaten with half a Snickers. B) Only if nutrition is dialed. C) Subjective as hell D) This is true, as long as you carefully balance your week to allow for recovery between lifting and whatever else you're doing. This is also true of virtually any exercise program. E) Much like D, this is also true of virtually any exercise program. Most of the longitudinal studies have been on pure endurance athletes (cyclists, swimmers, runners, and triathletes).

I'd recommend...regular exercise and thoughtful understanding of nutritional needs and adherence to those needs on a calorie deficit for weight loss.
