They aren't going to give it to us for another couple of years, since the PC community bitched and whined hard enough for the team to focus all of their time and energy touching the game up for them, making sure it's juuuuuuust right.

Not that some of the bitching wasn't warranted, a lot of it totally was, it's just that they complained so hard that Fatshark is under the impression that the game is unplayable as is since the initial reactions were so harsh.

Everytime you see PC players begging to have XYZ additional feature added to the game, know that (if Fatshark listens to said request) it'll end up delaying the game on console even further.

Therefore, given the high amount of features being requested, and given the fact that they probably haven't even begun adapting the game for consoles, I'd expect another couple of years before release.
