The Psyker was nerfed and now they are too weak

Piggybacking off of this, does anyone else feel like Warp Siphon in general is just incredibly frustrating to play around? I'm constantly losing headpops to teammates just offing whatever target I'm trying to snag a stack off of. I wish you would at least be refunded the perils cost of the charge, or have the charge carry over to a new target if the target dies and you keep holding left-click.

Without Siphon stacks, Psyker's damage overall feels on the low-end outside of special killing - which is fine, IMO, but it feels bad having to compete with teammates in a game where killing the enemy is supposed to be collaborative. It also feels rough when you're in a horde rush or a boss fight and you have to waste time, perils, and vulnerability charging headpops against unimportant small fry just to stay at optimal damage. Seems like gameplay would be smoother if you just got a stack for getting a Brain Burst off in the first place, instead of having to kill with it.

Still, I'm only at level 11 so far, so maybe this is all moot and I have it wrong due to low-level/inexperience. Just feels like I'm constantly racing the stack timer and getting frustrated when I go into fights half-cocked because my headpop got interrupted and it's not reasonable to charge it up mid-combat.
