Johann Liebert from Monster creeps me the fuck out in nearly all his appearances, so I'll just use his first sinister line.

"But you're special, Doctor Tenma. You saved my life. You're like a father to me... I'm really glad I was able to pay you back... All I did was grant your wish."

For context, the anime/manga is Monster. The main character, Tenma, has just saved the life a little boy who was shot in the head. His boss had demanded he work on the Mayor instead, and Tenma was punished for it. Spoilers
