i’ll be real: i keep getting mild ear infections from the masks irritating my hearing aids. so i’m exempt. add on the fact that everyone wearing masks makes it an absolute fucking ballache to try and hear or lipread anyone, and it’s even more hassle to wear a mask.

which is why I avoid going anywhere that isn’t my house or my workshop, unless I have to. My long-suffering partner has done 99% of the shopping runs and day-to-day stuff while I disappear to my workshop and bring home money without having to see people.

And if I do have to go into a shop to grab milk on my way home? Well, i’m exempt

so i slip on a mask for the two minutes i’m surrounded by the mouthbreathing cunts who pretend they’re exempt so they can stroll about infecting everyone
