What is the origin of your user name?

I've told this story before, but fuck it, I'll do it again.

Once upon a time, 6 years ago, a little puzzle game called Scribblenauts was made. It was a puzzle game where your character, Maxwell, had a magic notebook where you could write down the name of any object and it would appear. You would use this ability to solve puzzles and riddles and stuff.

At the time, it was considered revolutionary, and little 10-year-old me was hooked.

However, the game was notoriously glitchy. My personal favorite glitch was one where you would write "wings" and put them on your character and then write "thundercloud" or something to that effect and place it above your character, the resulting lightning would set the "wings" object on fire, but since they were on you, they were indestructible, so it would appear that your character was on fire, and you could just walk around and do stuff while on fire. It was awesome.

When the sequel, Super Scribblenauts, came out the next year, I tried the glitch again just 'cause.

It didn't work.

Super Scribblenauts allowed you to put in adjectives to go with your objects (that was the biggest difference between the original and the sequel), so after failing the glitch, I just went to the notepad and absent-mindlessly typed "Flaming Scribblenaut" (Scribblenaut was an object in the games), and the results where honestly not very impressive, so I just left it alone and carried on with my life.

However, the words "Flaming Scribblenaut" just... stuck with me. I don't know why, maybe they just sounded cool. :/

Flash-forward to August of 2014. I've been lurking on this cool website called Reddit for a few months, and I decide it's time to make an account and join the fun.

While deciding on a username, those two words just popped back into my head, and... I just kinda went with them.

Now I basically go by "Flaming Scribblenaut" in all parts of the Internet, because it fucking sounds cool.

TLDR: A random glitch in a 6-year-old Nintendo DS game was the inspiration for my Internet pseudonym. So yeah.
