I eat my breakfast at 8/9am - a protein yoghurt usually.
Have a few cups of coffee in the morning
Lunch about 12-1pm. Usually chicken based. Some babybells, walnuts, crisps and if still hungry I may have a mini chocolate bar
A few more coffees
Dinner at 6-7pm - again based around protein Something sweet - banana loaf if I have some. Maybe some more fruit.
A few hours into my evening I get peckish again so have to be careful as can easily overeat - I usually reach for more crisps
All the crisps in my house are small bags and the calorie friendly ones (I love wotsits)
And don’t worry I may have 4 cups of coffee and tea but I make half a cup and don’t even drink that half a cup.
Plenty of water during the day. I get most of my water during work hours. I’m more susceptible to forget to drink water in the evening.
