What is a seemingly small change you made in your life/to your lifestyle that had a huge effect, either positively or negatively?

I stopped taking walks. I used to love walking around town and listening to music but I had some lower back issues after sleeping on a floor for 6 months and got out of it. After that and quitting my job to take care of my grandmother, I pretty much never left my house except for going out to friends rarely. Now I have anxiety whenever I'm outside. Like walking too far from my house freaks me out a bit and I have paranoia that I'll get hit or get stuck somewhere and no one will be able to help me.

It's weird and stupid but it's affected every aspect of my life. I don't have a lot of friends, I'm lonely and I've gained weight. My anxiety is way worse. Feels like I'm stuck in a rut and I don't know how to fix it. I want to start walking around again though. It was always really peaceful and I'd just listen to music and take pictures around town of neat things I saw. It's just that anxiety is hard to push through. I need to just do it though.
