What seems like an easy job, but is actually really difficult?

Thank you for this. Grew up from a third generation farming family. Years ago there was a guy on reddit claiming and arguing farming was the easiest job. They clearly were in the dark and had no idea what they were talking about. Aside from everything you mentioned, farmers have to be very adept with math for their chemical formulas when they spray and capitalizing their bank loans. They are also involved in the stock market year round. Not to mention some of the extremely back breaking manual labor through horrible weather conditions. Once you’ve actually worked on a farming operation you will understand how difficult of a job it is in various aspects and how hard it can be to even break even some years.
