Nah I've debunked the ordered when ordered thing with time stamped pics. I'm just an unorganized, unhealthy guy, who had no business running a business like that.
It's actually kind of sad that I got banned because I had already posted a huge wall of text saying that I was pulling my listings (which I did) to show I wasn't scamming, and only staying on evo to refund everyone and obviously collect the coins that I had send out for (around $20k USD that I wont be receiving). Not saying it's not well deserved, but I intentionally disabled all my listings and made that post so that I wouldn't get banned, and that I would have the ability to square up all the orders, including the FE ones. I highly doubt evo is going to refund those out of their own pocket, but if they do, bravo to them. I just honestly feel bad for the people who have an order coming, or who FE'd and didn't have their order shipped, because that's the kind of stuff that only I can let a custom know, and evo banning me prevents that. It's not like anyone else could get scammed, I had all my listing set on vacation mode by my will. I made the post here on a reddit thread and posted it on the evo forums as well.
So, I wanted to end off doing the right thing, everyone who had an escrow order will receive a refund no doubt. Curious to see how the FE orders play out. Also, lucky few people who I can see received their bulk bar orders and a refund!
All in all, not too mad. I just don't quite understand. As I made it crystal clear that I had pulled my listings on my own, and had no intentions of vending anymore, then they probably figured they would get no more % out of my sales and figured there was no reason to keep my account around (ya know, besides the FE orders that I promised to deal with, the tracking numbers I have that I gave to mods that proved certains orders had been shipped worth tens of thousands of dollars). So hopefully evo does that right thing and refunds the people who didn't receive their order, and takes the funds from the people who have proven deliveries and divides it up between the FE buyers. I wanted to leave with at least a positive footnote, but oh well, it wasn't meant to be. Glad to hear everyone else is getting smooth refunds, just know that a few people are going to get some very large undeserved refunds while the people who FE'd are now SOL. Now it's time to see if evo are as big of scumbags as I am.
