What is something common that has never happened to you?

You really didn't miss out on much - lockdown was a pain haha, or at least for me. I was still living at home with my parents in their small house with my 2 brothers and their 3 dogs so the feeling of stepping on each others toes ramped up really quick. Not to mention the only quiet space I had was my bedroom but even that had been coverted into a makeshift office so i could work, and the room was so small that it was literally an office with a bed in it so no more gaming or watching tv in my room after work and watching tv in the living room often meant not watching what I wanted to so it was hard to unwind after work - plus i have really bad sleeping habits and would often wake up late on a night, seen my work computer at the foot of my bed and be like 'eh cant sleep, may as well get a head start on tomorrow'. My work life balance was terrible, mainly because life was on hold (as it was for everyone in the world) so all I could do was work. Also my girlfriend lived in a different city a few hours away at the time so I couldn't see her for a long time which was very difficult. I got cabin fevery very quick and essentially became a recluse and gained a hell of a lot of weight due to depression and eating through boredom. I understand my covid experience is far from the worst, but it was an infuriating year nonetheless.

Life is good now though. First thing I did when lockdown lifted was move out of my parents house, then my girlfriend moved back home (she's from the same city as me originally, she just moved away for a year for work experience) and we now live together and its awesome. Plus I'm back in the office working and can see all my old workmates who I genuinely missed seeing every day, one of the guys I work with was my best friend since I started secondary school and I've seen him every day for at least the past 12 years (barring 2020).
