What's a typical dinner for you?

About 1.1k per month after Tax/NI.

Rent is 700. Gas, electricity, internet and phone credit take that up to 1050. Remaining 40ish gets split between food and basics.

It’s really not a great diet, no, thankfully I’m quite a naturally built guy so I’m pretty confident I’ve got enough fat / muscle to still burn to get through this calorie deficit for the winter. I am noticing I’m moving over a belt hole every week though which is wild lol.

What really sucks though is I’m actually a qualified joiner, so In theory should be able to earn a decent living, But I could never afford to learn to drive or buy a van between college and Covid, I lost by family in that period and funerals financially bled me dry. so I’m stuck working min wage gigs because noone will hire a joiner without a drivers license.

Landlord has already hinted rent will go up when I renew next year. I joke to myself that I’d probably better off offering free home renovations to people in exchange for letting me stay in the spare room or even in the shed lol.
