Whats the worst physical pain you've ever experienced?

Two moments stick out in my mind:

When I was really young, I had an abscess under a molar. Because it was a milk tooth they decided to just pull the molar out to better treat it. I was traumatised at the thought, cos I'd always took good care of my teeth etc, but they told me this wasn't my fault and the procedure wouldn't hurt anyways. They didn't use injected anaesthetic, they rubbed this gel on my gum. It felt a bit like deep heat, and I was pretty relaxed. Until the dentist started wrenching the tooth out of my mouth, and I could feel everything. Nurses had to hold me down, as these pliers were jammed into my mouth. The sound still resonates with me, it was like shuddering roadworks, as the tooth had friction against the pliers/other teeth.

Later in life I had to have a (partial) circumcision. Procedure went well, happy etc, and I was loaded up on strong codeine so didn't feel anything really. As a teenage lad, I'd unsubscribed from all of the porn reddits/etc, and did a good job of avoiding erections. One day, right when my dosage for painkillers went down, I started watching true detective. Never experienced pain like it, when alexandra daddario caused all the stitches to stretch to their limit. :(
