When discussing their favourite teams, one of my brother's workmates claimed to know someone that used to play in the AFL but quit due to excessive drug use happening in the background.

This player only played for a short amount of time and told his friends that he had never seen any illegal drugs in his life until he was introduced to them in the AFL. In the end, this player became a meth addict and quit the AFL due to "personal reasons" but according to my brother's workmates, he is no longer an addict and has turned his life around
