What's your favourite example of the 'Butterfly Effect' in action?

My father (grew up in China) was trying to join the air force. He failed the FINAL exam. So he moved out of the country with his girlfriend (not because of the failed exam, but just because he had the opportunity to) where he got married and had my brother and I. We all live in Australia now, where I'm fully adapted to its culture and barely have a clue about Chinese culture.

Imagine if he passed that exam. He would've stayed in China, very unlikely stayed with my mum (because of the air force job) and I probably wouldn't have been born. Even if I had, I wouldn't be able to write this comment because Reddit is banned in China. Pretty nuts to think about.
