As for nutrition, you don't need a bunch of supplements especially when you're first starting out. The best ones you COULD take (don't need to by any means) would be creatine, and bcaa's. Find out how many calories you need to eat to gain muscle (there are many calorie calculators online)

Buy your food in bulk (places like Costco or sams club) and cook a whole bunch of meals all at once
