I have been to Indian prison for a couple of months(not your local police jail) proper prison, learned a lot, easy time. With that in mind; I literally shat bricks when my hostel had women cleaning our rooms (without any cameras or any other hostel authorities present) because an accusation by her, or blackmail would severely hamper my quality of life. This is what is happening in my country. I steer clear of women, sex aside, I don't chat up women anywhere unless they are known through some sort of a social network in which i also have acquaintances.

I understand that sexual crime against women is real, and that they should be safe, rather than sorry, but this was a public event, with cameras, intent can easily be discerned. But still, we fear misinterpretation so much, and we can be so easily lead astray via a TV, that a Christian side hug on TV can result in impeachment or resignation. Look at that AAP guy, it's clear he was having consensual sex, he was an idiot for recording it(this is my personal opinion) but calling it rape, and then even the girl jumping on the bandwagon because of whatever reason, I mean that just completely shatters your faith in humanity.
