What? Why would anyone assume those things are excluded? For one thing, those things are actually crimes in that, in most places, they are illegal. And, most people consider them to be “the worst” of all of the crimes. So, why would anyone reading your statement assume that actual crimes, especially the actual worst crimes, weren’t included in your list of the worst crimes that a human being could commit? You sound like you are trying to rewrite what you said to be something completely different than what you actually said. And, it matters because overstatement like the ones you made tend to derail any meaningful conversation about the topic.
