Where else did the pyrdwen go?

I got the impression she lost her legs in the vents of Broken Steel, we know there is a massive explosion in a cliff area that takes out Liberty Prime. Ingram was said to lose her legs due to a mini nuke by cliffs.

The Prydwen took 6 years to build at Adams Air Force which was the goal of Broken Steel so that ties together the events and timeline.

If it took 6 years that leaves 4 years gap, 1-2 we can exclude due to the events of Fallout 3. It is also on its second power source which means it must have been used prior to going to the Commonwealth and if it can make that journey and remain in air, we can assume the first journey wasn’t a short one also.

So I assume they’ve done some test runs but can’t find a lot of information on where.
