Where is this nanny?

I'm more concerned with how she treats Nina. She talks a lot about her assistants being her hands and for example, she cooked dinner because she directed them in cooking. I can read and know how to cook, do I need you to tell me how and when to drain pasta?

I am wondering if she tells them what to do step by step. That video with Nina making her dose of evrysdi was so bizarre. Alex can barely swallow liquid so I doubt she can swallow pills - had she never put meds in a syringe before? Or does Alex have to narrate so she feels involved? That feels dehumanizing to me and I wouldn't last long. Her carers we have seen have not lasted long.

I say all this to say that people providing childcare are NOT gonna accept you telling them every single second what to do. Your comfort is yours and you can like what you like, but your baby needs to be cared for and moms aren't always right. People are also often wrong when they don't have first hand experience resolving the issue. No pun intended.

This family needs to reset their expectation of their employees. She seems to do so much to maintain her humanity and does this by way of dehumanizing others... For $14 an hour?
