Very good question, I don't think there is anything currently which would accurately describe the act if we want to keep the above mentioned stance about abortion. The way I see it there are two possibilities; either we start taking abortion more seriously (I'm not against it by the way, just hate how lightly people take it nowadays), or we find another term/laws for what the father is guilty of. I think it's illogical to say that the baby is "alive" in one situation and "isn't" in another, even though he/it is in the exact same state, and only the identity of the person who wanted to eliminate it has changed. At the very least it's worth discussing the case. I think there is still a lot to discuss on this matter because it's a very challenging topic from a moral standpoint.
