A close friend of mine was a professional boxer. Professional record was 17-6 I believe and was very good but definitely never broke through to elite world level or anything like that. He was a middleweight. He was in the gym once and some people asked him spar a couple rounds with Nikki Eplion who fought for the super middleweight world title against Lala Ali albeit she lost by knockout. This friend is not one to stretch the truth or tell lies and he said the first quick jab he hit her with snapped her head back and she almost went down and he decided that he really had to pull his punches. Also he was a very good defensive fighter who fought off the back leg and he said that she was getting very frustrated that she couldn’t land anything. I’m not trying to shit on her or women boxing in general cause I respect anyone that gets in the ring. Just know that there is an enormous difference in the power, speed, and explosiveness.
