More than likely, no. They had a big thing a few years ago where Vince said if someone were to do something that would be considered a violation against Wellness Policy while he or she was champion, they would get to complete the storyline and then have their suspension begin. Roman got to "complete" his storyline by losing the championship, but his suspension might be up either before or on the day of Battleground which is why the triple threat is still on as of now.

They expose guys (and girls) for violating wellness by mentioning them by their real name, which is why they said "Roman Reigns (Joe Anoa'i) has been suspended blahblahblah....," on their website because that's out of kayfabe/storyline and they never really bring that up within kayfabe/storyline -- Randy Orton was suspended for 60 days in 2012 and it was treated as if he just kind of went away, it was alluded that he was suspended with his return promo, but I don't remember them outright mentioning it. Roman had that spear into a not budging barricade as well as a pretty hard Dirty Deeds which could very easily be an excuse for them to write Roman off with a concussion or shoulder injury while Joe serves his suspension. But they might just also not mention him at all, or even just have Seth cut a promo or something saying that Roman's scared of him or something.
