• I don't know how to respond to the land thing. When I found Kristina she had 3 cities settled - so that's why I'm sure it was on deity. Since I don't think she could have had 3 cities by 20-30 turns otherwise. Also she might have lost a city to barbs/Jadwiga's city state during a war. Also worth noting Kristina was mostly stuck with tundra tiles early in one of her cities.

• Kristina actually went to early war with me (relic fucked with her agenda) and Jadwiga. I basically turtled and pillaged her tiles and Jadwiga mostly attacked Kristina's 2 western cities. That might be why that city doesn't have much improvements?

• I can't comment on the unimproved tiles since it's the AI and like I said this game was weird.

• And yes, that's why I pointed out this win since it was extremely weird for such a low domestic tourist. I generally see 100+ by turn 150 or so. I'm not sure if one of the mods made the game buggy for me or what but I don't use any gameplay change mods - only pop notification stuff and the tacks thing that are super useful.
