I am not from Winnipeg (I'm from New Brunswick) so please explain this to me.

WHY is it ok to verbally harass civic workers?

I'm referring to the drivers who are stopping to harass the employees who drove the photo radar vehicles. These drivers are only doing their job, they did not create the program.

I've witnessed this harassment every week including today.

Why is it so hard for Winnipeg drivers to just slow down and proceed at the posted speed limits?

Do you harass the police in the same manner?

Is workplace harassment considered normal here?

I hear so much about how "friendly" Winnipeg is. If this is considered being nice then it's time for me to move outta here.

Note: I am not one of these drivers though I do drive a truck for a living.
