I have several bad first dates and it's hard to pick the worse but this is one of the worst.

I was at the end of a search and got a late response from someone who had a well written profile (artsy athletic student) but limited pictures. She was busy with school so we didn't really chat and I didn't ask for pictures because her phone wasn't restored with pictures but she mentioned her hair was shorter. So we decided to meet for lunch near her campus

You can guess the rest. When we met she didn't look like her pics. Her hair was buzzed and she was built like a power lifter.

I should have left but that would have been rude as she was already seated at table.

The conversation was awkward and she took offense at everything I said. It was the most comfortable 35 minutes I've experienced and the quickest lunch I've ever had. Used my phone as an excuse that I had an urgent issue at work.

True to my impression she was bi-sexual and was more of a dyke. It was clear she didn't like men and needed the money.

That's what happens when I bypass the vetting process of engaging in some conversation/texting and seeing multiple pictures ahead of a date. Now when a pot wasn't want to chat first or send more pics and just proceed to meet, I politely decline.
