Man, it is unfortunate, but the bottomline is we have to afford the expenses of funding this project. It isn't like we're some greedy developers who are trying to make a quick buck. Some of us (myself included) are working 16-18 hour days non-stop. We are a team of people who love WoW and thrive creating something new and unique in the world we love. If you compare our store to any other MAJOR project (I mean with thousands of players online) Our store model isn't NEARLY as P2W as most. Not even close. We won't offer Experience Potions on launch. We won't offer boosted characters on launch. The Mass dispel scroll is sold for gold and is a circumvention for bubble/hearth strictly for our hardcore realms. In an ideal world, we'd have the realms hosted the servers for free and sit around the fire singing Kumbaya, but the reality is there are expenses to funding a project on this scale. We get flak for offering for donations to get into beta, we get flak for offering store options that are SIGNIFICANTLY less P2W than other servers. I am not sure what someone like you would expect us to do. But I'm eager to hear what you would recommend!
