Do you have any idea of what it is like?

To have all you believed in taken from you, to feel like you have nowhere to go?

When you finally understand what it's like to be claustrophobic, even though there are no walls around you.

To feel completely alone in desperation, while being surrounded by people who love you.

Of course you don't. Not yet, at least. But you will, and it won't take long.

I suggest you brace for impact, because the choices you have made will take you somewhere you have never been before. A place of doubt and insecurity, and as you watch people around you going on with their lives, you'll think you lost the race at the very start.

I could say it gets better, and I really believe it does, but I can't say that for certain. I haven't been through that part yet. If I get the opportunity, I promise to write you again with the outcome.

All I can do is telling you to enjoy it while it lasts, and to try to remember that those people who love you actually, really love you, no matter how lost and useless you might feel, and they will do their best to help you.

We'll just have to keep moving forward.

We're in this together, you and I, no matter what you may think.
