Bc you think is the most original/innovative faction they could add thus every PLA suggestion goes the exact same way, how we really need a new redfor > how china makes the most sense > why owi can't add china > a comment for cheap karma about how owi should "have balls" and add them anyway.

In any case the factions that make the most sense to be added next are the ones that are completed or near done(the 2 made by OWI or any of the other faction mods) not new projects that could take months if not a year.
