Hiring selection process is a joke.

I’m in highschool. Have some money for trade school. Plan on doing welding once I graduate. Feel like publix has made me slave, they claim I’m valuable, in which to a extent I am. The only complaint I have really is the hours I like my hours but they cram me the most amount of hours in the least amount of days Not a big deal, but would be a little better to work maybe shorter days if that’s something management could do, but not totally the worse thing.

I worked a year here so far and never took my weekends off from work to do anything else besides workout 8 hours a day, got home, didn’t feel like doing anything cause I was so tired. Never hung out with friends Not that this matters but...

All in all it’s a good job, I’m happy to be apart of the company and team. Like anything else there’s room for improvement but overall it’s greatsorry to hear what happened with your application.

Also hope for all who read this stay healthy and safe during the covid-19 outbreak. Best of luck
